37 Homes Sell in Nashua in October 2008

The Northern New England Real Estate Network reported that in the month of October, 2008, 37 Single Family homes sold. The homes that sold in October sold for prices ranging from $159,900 to $610,000. The average price was $298,379 and the average days on the market were reported as 109, they sold for an average of 92% list to sales price ratio.

According to a report generated by Trendgraphix, during the month of October, the absorption rate, i.e., months of inventory that Nashua had on the market in relation to closed sales was 7.5 months. Trendgraphix data also revealed that during the month of October, there were 277 single family homes listed for sale.
