The Newbury Fire Chief met with the Selectboard of Newbury, New Hampshire. To ask what they wanted to do with the old fire truck. Mr. Wright said to sell the fire truck, the Fire Chief ask how the Town would like to have it sold. Mr. Wright replied to list it on Craig's List. The Fire Chief will be getting a local value on the old Fire Tuck as to how much its worth, and then will post the old Newbury Fire Truck on Craig's List.


Are you looking to buy and own your own Fire Truck-Newbury New Hampshire, just think of the things you could do if you owned your very own Fire Truck. You could drive it in parade. How about charging folks for rides in your Fire Truck, or you could even enter it into car and truck shows. I'm sure you have some of your very own ideas as to just what you could do with your very own Fire Truck. Just be sure to stay with the law though, you sure don't want to get into a jam from owning your very own Fire Truck.


The Newbury Fire Chief also met with the Newbury Selectmen to talk about the free State fire program that maps the GPS location for each Town driveway in the whole State of New Hampshire. The Fire Chief explained to the Newbury Selectboard that it sure would help to locate folks calling in an emergancy. The Selecboard agreed to fill out and sign the paperwork to be part of the project.
