Portsmouth NH Real Estate Current inventory is 297 homes and condos listed for a total of $132,615,720. 39 homes have accepted offers and are working towards closing, 7 were withdrawn from the market, and 22 new listings came to market this week. Average days on market for active listings is 208 days but the average days on market for sold listings was only 101. Looks like the sold listings may have been priced better. The asking price to selling price ratio was 94%.

Down payments are as low as 3.5% and interest rates are hovering around 4.75% this week. Most "deals" in Portsmouth occur because the demand is there and sellers are reasonable about the price.
