Of course, I'm a bit partial to that area since I live in Portsmouth and just love the Seacoast area. We're right along the coast, and even though NH displays beauty everywhere you look, it doesn't get any better than life right here in Portsmouth!

OK! I'm on my way to New Hampshire...your description of all the possibilities has captivated me!
Ann - Sounds like New Hampshire is a terrific place to live...and a wonderful place to VACATION!!! Thanks for all the info! Ohhh...and it has to be cooler "there" than FL right now, literally!! :-)
Every Sunday in Tilton/Northfield The Savina Hartwell Memorial Concert Series. Free event. Celebrating 15 years of fabulous family fun.
Wow, you guys have got it going ON!! New Hampshire's the place to be this summer!!
That's what I call a busy town!! Love all those activities........and way to document them!
You forgot a very important June event...LOL my honey's birthday!
Wow! Ann! What a lot of things you have going on this Summer!! Do you send links to your blog to the local papers? You offer SUCH a wealth of information. :D
janeAnne - Just let me know when to expect you!! I've got an extra bedroom just waiting for my next guest!! ;-) I guarantee you'll have a GREAT time here in the Seacoast!
Susie - This is an AWESOME place to not only visit and vacation in, but it doesn't get any better than this for a HOME either!! Of course, I AM a tad bit partial...... There were some days last week where it was hotter here than in the town in central Florida where my family lives. That waa HOT!! It's in the mid to high 80's here today - the sun came out and the temps skyrocketed here today. I like it just a bit cooler than that.
Ann
Allison - thanks for that concert tip! I didn't have that down on any of the calendars I was looking at - appreciate it! And since you're way down south in the Sunshine State, my guess is you're really from up here?
Sarah - YOU BET IT IS!!! New Hampshire, for those who've never been here, really is a gorgeous place with loads of things to do year-round, and lots of fabulous fun stuff in the summer months, especially here along the coast where I live.
Ann
Ines - thanks!! Now you just need to come on up and check all this fun stuff out first-hand!
Monika - how on earth could I not have that in there??? Date please...... ;-) One of my sister's has a birthday on June 4th.
Mariana - no, I've never done that or thought of it. Hmmmm...... We do have alot of fun stuff to do, for resideents and visitors alike!
Thanks Ladies!!
Ann
Ann - what a great post about so many fun things - enjoyed it.
Hi Cyndee - thanks for stopping by! We do always have lots of fun things going on around here, that's for sure!
Ann
Ann, have you ever been to the Meadowbrook Pavilion? Willie Nelson is a legend, for sure. I told my kids about this concert and they replied, "Who?"
Hi Sue - I haven't been there before, but when I checked out their upcoming summer schedule of concerts, I just might go this year. I saw several concerts that really sounded good.
Hi Ann, I've been to the top of Mt Washington... are motorcycles not allowed normally? It is a neat ride, remember its dang windy and dang cold in June! :) 19º & 99 MPH day I was up there, forget if that was sustained or gusts, had to have been gusts because I didn't blow away!
Lots of great information, I miss the NE. Beautiful country up there.
Hi Lysa - I don't think motorcycles are allowed up there during normal times, so this is an event strictly for motorcyles to see the amazing views from way up there. I've never been up there, but I've seen videos and pictures, and it surely does look cold and windy. If I recall correctly, the strongest winds ever recorded in the world are from on top of Mt. Washington.
Come on up for a visit - beautiful all year round!
Ann
Ann - This is wonderful! I need to get gong on posts like this. I have the info for my area, just need to sit down and type. Thanks for sharing a great idea!
Paula - thanks for checking out this post, and I'm glad you like my idea! Hope it helps with your own posts!
