Chocorua, a fine piece of Tamowrth NH real estate to see from the back dooryard of your home, formerly foreclosed home in Madison NH.

76 Crestwood Drive in the Kearsarge area of North Conway NH is a bank owned property that I listed at the beginning of the month and is now under contract. The foreclosed real estate market in the North Conway NH area is pretty hot. Bank Owned Homes are going for about 10% below the market value, so they just don't sit for long in the Conway to Ossipee NH real estate market area. I find the Hiram ME bank owned real estate and the Fryeburg Maine foreclosures aren't moving quite as fast but with aggressive pricing I am still fairly certain of a market time under 90 days.
