December 2011 Blogging Challenge Day 21 ~ Real Estate in Southern New Hampshire.

It is another beautiful day in Southern New Hampshire. There still is no snow and the temperature is in the 40’s! It is difficult to believe that there are only 10 more days to the year.

It was another very busy day. I continued to work on the title problem for the foreclosure property. It is very complicated, so I typed up a summary and asked the manager to have our company attorney comment.

I spent a quite a bit of time getting a listing presentation together. Also, looked at the “comps” and how they related to the subject property. Next, a conversation with the seller.

I wrote notes to several agents in my office who were my mentors and guardian angels… I delivered the notes and some Lindt chocolates to each.. and gave them a thank you and a hug. I would not have made it through a very difficult year if I had not had their support and encouragement.

This afternoon I put together an listing presentation package and looked at the comps and the current actives (competition). I did a cma and put a packet together for my meeting with my past clients I read several posts on AR and made comments. I'll be preparing for the day ahead.
