Sellers Share the Holiday Spirit

On December 6, from 3-7 pm the Trepanier Family and Kim Carpenter with Curry REALTORS will host an Open House in combination with a fundraiser for a local charity called David's House. "When I started searching for a charity to donate to this Holiday Season I came across this wonderful organization that I felt served a great purpose," said Trepanier of 193 Plummer Hill Road in Belmont, NH.

Most people would agree that the Christmas season is a time for sharing and creating special memories with your loved ones. Unfortunately, some families will spend this holiday season away from their home facing the most difficult challenges of their lives. David's Houseis a private non-for-profit organization where such families receive support and care at a home away from home setting while their precious child receives treatment through Children's Hospital at Dartmouth--CHaD--at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H.

The Trepanier's have generously mailed $5 to numerous area real estate offices in hopes that they will have a representative from their office return the money which will be donated to David's House. "In lieu of giving gifts to our children, family and friends and knowing personally the trials and tribulations of cancer," said Trepanier, "we thought this would be an excellent way to give back to the families that are facing difficulties such as we have."

The public as well as local businesses in the Lake Winnipesaukee area and beyond are welcome to view this stunning home and take part in donating to David's House. Cash donations and gifts from a list supplied by David's House are welcome, but not necessary. For gift ideas please contact Kim Carpenter.

At the completion of the sale of this home the Trepanier Family will donate an additional $1500 to David's House.
