To sum it up, it looks like our year-to-date average sales price is off about 10% from last year in Strafford county. We've sold about 19% fewer single family homes and our average days on market has risen to 128.
Although we won't know when we've 'hit bottom' until things start to rise again, if you're a buyer in this market the opportunities are out there! There's lots of inventory to look at, prices are low and interest rates are good. Next year at this time this chart could look completely different - swaying to the UP side.
