21 homes sold in Rochester in August:

- 13 single family homes,

- 3 condos, and

- 5 mobile homes.

Year-to-date, 207 homes have sold in Rochester, NH:

-133 single family homes

- 34 condos, and

- 40 mobile homes

In addition, 10 Rochester homes went pending with active contracts in August.
