Dale - What a history lesson. I had no idea that in The Bureau of Indian Affairs back in the 1890's made the Traditional Indian dances illegal. You do such a great job of keeping it simple and giving such wonderful visual photo's. Keep up the good work my friend.

Most of the time they did not give them what they

really where needing to live.

I don't know how you do all that, Judi and Yolanda are still trying to get me to learn how to link and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I'm not really up on this 'puter business.

What it came down to is they,

wanted to break their spirit, and change their way of life.

Just like when the children where sent off to boarding school

one of the frist things that would be done to them.

Is their hair would be cut, to make them look like white children.

And they would be made to dress, just like white children.
