I found my Digital Camera in my pocket this morning so I took a few of these from my yard, and few by just rolling down the window on my way to work today.

Awesome pictures Steve. I may not be a fan of winter but boy is your area nice looking!
Monika.. I'm surprised you came back after your trip to sunny Florida. Personally I like the change of seasons, it never gets boring up here. As the old saying goes if you don't like the weather wait a minute.
Steve
Great pictures Steve! It's starting to look chilly! I had the snow blower tuned up, so we're sure not to get any of the white stuff this year!
Laura..we have a white Christmas every year..
Steve, We had our first snow this week in the White Mountains of Arizona too. Wet and nasty stuff but lots of much needed moisture. More to come for both of us I am sure.
Sandra, it's funny I don't think of White-Mountains, in Arizona..but you guys get snow too?
Steve,
I have been to your White Mountains too. I grew up in New York State and my family and I traveled to your area of the NE several times. Very pretty country. Yes, there are White Mountains here in Arizona too. We are located about 200 miles NE of the Phoenix area. We are a popular summer destination for people wishing to escape the summer heat in Phoenix. Our community is at approximately 6500 to 7500 feet in elevation. We are cool in the summer and cold in the winter. We have had a lot of snow already, we don't usually see it until Jan. & Feb. All the ski areas around us are open already, another rarity.
Thanks for your comments. I hope to get my hubby to New England one of these days. He grew up in the Mid-west and has never seen any of the East Coast.
Have a nice New Year.

Sandra, We have had a great start to our ski season here with several feet of snow coming early, this makes for good profits during the school vacation weeks and Christmas-New Years Holidays. I hope you can find your way back east..like the weather the seasons are always changing here.
