Morning Steve. I know some people don't understand what we love about our areas, but the changing of the seasons is a delight that is internally built in. I gives life dimension!
Snow scenes do offer a diffrence but both are quite a view.
William..all that live in the north enjoy the change of season, and the view all be it the same is very different day to day.
Terry..I have been to lake Michigan at different time of the year, and that too can be quite beautiful no matter the season.
Steve, You are blessed to have such a beautiful backyard no matter what the season is. Very pretty photos. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Anne, I still wish I had your talents with a camera.
Steve.. I've always liked the change of seasons.. which is why I live in the northeast. Great pictures.
I like the comparison photos. We got snow here last night, and I was thinking about the same thing! Season changes are nice, but does winter have to last so long?
Laura, In the north country it is vital to the ski industry..so we don't mind it sticking around. I do like it when it gets above 20 occasionally.
Both photos are beautiful. Fall is my favorite time of year and although this blanket of white is clean and refreshing, I miss those colorful leaves.
Sharon.. Agreed, Too cold in the winter, Too Muddy in the spring, and too hot in the summer, the fall is just right and the colors are magical..in the mountains.
