Seriously, it's not "us" this time.

It's your brethern buyer. Yup, the guy that looks like you, smells like you, could be you. The Slim Fadey.

Consider that the average sales price of a Monmouth County New Jersey home for sale is $493,900 year-to-date. Monmouth County encompasses 52 towns.

You'll find the first-time homebuyer Fight Club in towns selling 25% below the County average or around $370,000.

Towns like Aberdeen Township New Jersey real estate. Strathmore Aberdeen homes are generating solid buyer interest. The average sale price of a Aberdeen N.J. home this year is $281,300 and twenty-eight [28] have closed already.
