Less than 2 years ago, I knew nothing about blogging. Yesterday morning I became of of the top 10 real estate professionals in New Jersey using this wonderful marketing mechanism!
Would never have achieved this without the wonderful guidance of the ActiveRain staff and AR University. Even more meaningful to me are the +200,000 members who gladly answer questions, encourage me and inspire me to keep at it. I have a national network of top real estate professionals who take my calls and respond to my emails! And, yes, I have many new friends!
In addition to the continuing education I get from AR, I've also increased my business. Have posted about the many blog buyers for whom I've found - and closed - the right homes for sale. My sellers get increased traffic because I've learned how to successfully market their homes to audiences far beyond their neighborhoods.
As for those on the NJ Leaderboard that I've outplaced? I warned them I was coming: What is Wrong with this Picture? NJ's Lucky 13, AR Points & RainChecks... A concerted effort might just drop me back down - but at least I've had my 15 minutes of fame in the Garden State!
