I recently joined Keller Williams and I can tell you that I think it is a great company for both new and experienced agents. IMHO, recently licensed agents will not find a more supportive company to begin their career with. One of the things that I like is that there is a flat fee per month. For me, it is approx $67.00/month. For that fee, I have access to a wealth of training and technology tools....websites with IDX (very simple to build), contact management, publications, postcards, online training, etc.

There isn't one company that is perfect for everyone. That's why we have so many different real estate company's. I also realize that sometimes things are different from office to office. I am not foolish enough to think that what works for me, works for everyone :). At least we can all get along.

Best wishes for great success. As a RE/MAX agent for many years, I know that it is difficult to match the RE/MAX name and the association with some of the outstanding agents in the business. There are many personal factors to consider when you select an office. I hope you made the best decision.
