Commercial Real Estate Training

At Robert DeFalco Realty, we are committed to our In-house Real Estate training program, which offers all our agents a variety of free Real Estate training classes. Topics range from Filling out forms, Rules & Regulations to Social Media expanding the individual agents networking ability.

As part of that commitment, this past week the Colts Neck, NJ office hosted a Commercial Real Estate training session. The Costar Group, a Commercial Real Estate website with whom Robert DeFalco Realty maintains a subscription, was invited in to provide our agents with the necessary skills to take full advantage of the capabilities its’ website offers. In addition to listing our Commercial Real Estate properties, Costar allows agents to search “For Sale” and “For Lease” properties and provides the same analytics & reports utilized by the national Commercial brokers, which can be presented to property owners, investors & potential tenants. This type of training exemplifies the commitment Robert DeFalco Realty has made to our agents & to the communities they service and allows our agents to successfully compete in today’s real estate market at any level.

This Commercial Real Estate training class was attended by both New Jersey & New York agents. Feedback was very positive, as agents envision the potential to grow their business further & they will be setting higher goals for the upcoming year. A follow-up training session with Costar is tentatively scheduled in 5 weeks.
