Construction first began in late 2002 for this brand new shopping center located at Rt. 130 and Fairview Blvd. For those familiar with the area, you may remember that The Greens at Delran once stood at this location. In fact, if you Google it...many web sites still have The Greens in their directory. I used to frequent The Greens regularly as a kid which had mini-golf, go karts and a driving range.

Even though it was a great place to visit, it eventually closed down and remained vacant for many years. As part of the Rt. 130 revitalization effort, the intersection now has new life! Anchored by retail giants such as Lowe's, Shop Rite & Staples, many business large and small now occupy the center. Of course, with all new centers in Southern New Jersey, we also have a Starbucks and a Chick-Fil-A which I think now come standard! View Store Directory

With this new shopping center, along with the revitalized Millside Plaza right down the street many new businesses are setting up shop in Delran. With all the new attention Delran has gotten, it has also become a popular spot for homebuyers!
