Emerson New Jersey saw Eight homes closing in the popular town as the Summer real estate market ended and children returned to school. The list to sale price differential hovered around the 93% mark. This indicates that homes are both being priced well and selling within just 7% of their asking price. The popularity of this town is still strong. The average Sold price was $420,375 for the Pascack Valley town that coined the phrase "The Family Town".
