Emerson New Jersey saw Three homes closing in the popular town as the Fall real estate market started with the Fall foliage spectacular that we in New Jersey get to experience each year. The list to sale price differential hovered around the 93% mark. This indicates that homes are both being priced well and selling within just 7% of their asking price. The popularity of this town is still strong. The average Sold price was $386,592 for the Pascack Valley town that coined the phrase "The Family Town".

From it's early beginnings, the little town was formerly known as the town of Etna.
