Franklin Lakes Homes For Sale Summary | July 2011 Market Report

Home sales in Franklin Lakes were up in July. Not by much, but July saw 13 homes sold.

The inventory stayed basically the same, with 183 homes on the market.

The good news, however, is that there are currently 18 homes UNDER CONTRACT and pending sales ! Which should make for increased monthly sales to end the summer !

Franklin Lakes offers a terrific opportunity to live in a wonderful upscale Bergen County suburb, with housing ranging from condominiums to large estates. The sweeping private neighborhoods make living enjoyable, while still having the accessibility to New York City via many major highways or public transportation with buses or nearby trains. With many parks, tennis courts and lakes, and even a town Nature Preserve, Franklin Lakes is one of the most desirable towns in the County - and is home to many famous residents !
