Part 2 in our Series of Pascack Valley, New Jersey Restaurants visits the town of Hillsdale.  Part I of our Series visited The Emerson Hotel and bid farewell to Fricke's Old Hook Inn.  In Part 1 we shared more of the convenient Eatery Stops the Pascack Valley town of Emerson has to offer.
