I hear you! But guess what, it's all relative and they don't put a pen to paper any quicker when there are fewer houses. It's the market that's causing that trend and not the number of homes for sale in any given area. Thanks for stoppin by!

Hi Russel,
Prices are probably higher than what you might have thought due to the popularity of the area. We are close enough to NYC for the commuter and yet we are still a very suburban area. The popularity translates into higher prices.
