Hammersteam Helps Another First Time Homebuyer

Hi everyone and Lisa says Hi!



Another rewarding day for our customers and us!

This young couple has purchased their first new home.



A townhouse that is just perfect for the expecting soon to be Mom.




She is due in just another few weeks and we were sweating it out in order to find them something in that short of a time frame.

There were more than a few times we were a bit nervous going up and down some stairs as you could imagine.

Luckily we found this 2 Bedroom 1.5 bath that was perfect for them.





It has close proximity to everything for them including a pool and shopping and many other conveniences and amenities nearby.

This is the reason that Lisa and I stay in this business. It can be so gratifying to help out a young up and coming couple find their first new home.

We are so happy for them and their new home!
