It is time to update the residential sales data for single family homes in Mahwah, NJ. Although the dog days of summer are upon us...it seems that real estate has picked up in the last 2-3 months --- as far as actual under contract and closed sales.

Listed below is the data gleened from the NJMLS for the last two months. ( May 21 - July 21, 2008). The number of homes that have gone under contract or that have sold has gone up compared with two months prior. Of interest to note --- there is an 8.67% difference between actual asking price and the closed sale price of homes.
