Montague Township is the place to be if you are looking for you first home with land and low prices, one of the last frontiers in NJ, located close to the boarders of NY State and Pennsylvania. Trains are available to NYC via trains in Port Jervis NY which is only minutes away. A great place to raise a family and excellent for mans best friend and other animals.

Hi Gary
Wanted to say hi and thanks for the Market Report. I enjoy doing the research and reading articles stating how the Market is doing. Where is Montaque Twp located, North, Central or South Jersey? Thanks
Elise Sharpless
Elise
Montague Township is located far North! Nears the Pennsylvania and NY State boarder
Gary, congratulations on the 100k points. Good job and great picture. I like the blue tooth.
Hey Tim
Thanks for the congrats! didn't think I could do it. Would have done it in December if I didn't get sick lost an entire month. Business is picking up so I have less time to post and make comments but, will try when ever I have some time.
