In Montgomery NJ the following real estate activity was reported. New listings have increased 40%, from 10 last week to 14 this week. Price reductions are also on the increase, hopefully an indication of motivated sellers.

Currently Montgomery NJ has 106 active residential listings. These active listings range from a $250,000 Bungalow style home to a $1,590,000 custom built home.
