In Montgomery, the real estate picture for the last 4 weeks is as follows.

While the number of new listings coming onto the market has slowed down a bit the number of under contracts has increased significantly as has solds. Price changes are at the lowest point in 4 weeks, a good indicator that current home prices are in the appropriate range for the current market.
