The Power of the Real Estate Sign ... Ocean City, New Jersey

With our new agency here in Ocean City (NJ), I had the opportunity to work with others on the planning of our new Keller Williams Oceanside Realty "rental sign." A sign that will be all over the Northend and Gardens to start ... and later over most sections throughout Ocean City.

The unique red, black, and white nature of the colors for Keller Williams provides a lot of interesting perspective as a group goes about the planning aspect. Obviously, we wanted to feature the KW name as a major part on the 12 inch by 36 inch sign to be shared by up to three different agencies (as is approved here in Ocean City, NJ). But we als0 wanted to feature the black background with white letters and numbers to give it a clean and clear look from a car driving by the property. Finally, we needed to include "for rent" as well as some other contact phone numbers, etc.

Mission accomplished ... with some group interaction, reflections by others as we asked for input, and some ongoing analysis to be certain that we found what would really work. Sure you can look at an example before it gets completed, but you must rely on enough input to be certain that upon arrival "it really works." In this case, it did.

So be looking for our KW black, red, and white signs all over the Ocean City community in the coming days, weeks, and months. We are just getting started!!! dap
