Keller Williams Oceanside Office at #1 Atlantic Avenue ... in Ocean City, New Jersey - "Renovations Begin"

It has been a couple of interesting months since KW Oceanside has taken over the #1 Atlantic Avenue office location once occupied by French Real Estate. The first order of the day has been to slowly get most of the old stuff out of the building including an entire attic of accumulated items going back to the 1920s.

Slowly the plans have been drawn up for outside and inside renovations which will begin with new windows and doors and new siding in all the exterior areas. So the familiar red and black and white KW colors will soon lead the way for our corner location at Atlantic Avenue and North Street between the Northend and Gardens in Ocean City.

The next step is phone and computer hookups to get the system working. And the interior work will begin over the winter months as well. It has been an exciting, interesting, frustrating, and very useful time frame as our agents have slowly adjusted to a lot of different expectations. But we are off and running.
