There's been a 26% drop in the active inventory level in Oradell since mid-October. This could be somewhat due to a "seasonal" market, but it's certainly worth noting.

It also supports my opinion that listing a home for sale in the winter months is a plus for sellers due to less competition for serious buyers for their homes!
