Spring is here and this is one of the most exciting times of the year. For Sale signs are popping up all over and also Pending and Under Contract riders as well.
It is an exciting time for first-time home buyers as well as those who have not purchased a home in over 3 years. Why? Because of the $8,000 tax credit! That's pretty wonderful.
All of us who have listings are excited because our phones are ringing off the hook with potential clients looking for their new dream home, and sellers anxious to relocate.
The economy is slowly, slowly, slowly getting better with more good news around the corner I am sure.
