Please name a nice family neighborhood in Gloucester County, including an area with great public schools.
Hi Chris,
As agents, you know that we are not allowed to steer our clients, but since you're not a client, here's my opinion. I can attest first hand that the Mullica Hill area is fantastic! Rolling hills, verdant landscapes, lots of preserved farmland - very picturesque. Mickleton & East Greenwich are equally lovely. All of these towns have great schools, but you can and should look that up online as well. Washington Twp is also nice with a great school district; I just sold a very lovely home there in Sewell to a Vice President at Rowan university. Sewell is great, and Turnersville is nice too but it does have many neighborhoods that are near industry. Mantua is nice and parts of Logan, Woolwich and Swedesboro are gorgeous, like Mullica Hill; although there are some sections which are near industry. 08096 is Woodbury/Deptford. Woodbury which is a charming colonial-era town, has some very large and beautiful Victorian-style homes and mansions, but because it's the county seat it can be quite busy. Hands down, though my two favorite areas in the county are Mullica Hill and Wenonah! Check them out online. I see that you're an agent, so you know that this is not an effort to gain business, just my humble opinion! You have many great choices in Gloucester county, NJ and are only limited by your tolerance for price and commute. If you need anything else feel free to contact me offline.
