Harding Market Data for July

Harding has lots of very expensive homes that take a long time to sell, so it has come a long way since April when things started to take a turn for the worse - that is unsold inventory but since then, inventory has dropped significantly. Unfortunately, this month, pendings also dropped as did new listings that came onto the market. August should bring a few additional closed sales and customarily in September, people start listing again.
