It's official!

Lisa and I just closed on a home that for our sellers that was listed at $424,944 and sold over asking at
$432,500. An outstanding feat in the current real estate market. To have a listing that goes over asking just made our clients sooooo happy as you can believe.

The home was listed on May 11th and sold in 51 days, a rather short amount of time considering that we also had to find them an extended family home as well so the in laws could move in with them. Then coordinate the two closings to fall together on the same day.


Whew!

Also the sellers had a baby while the house was listed only a few weeks into the listing.

As well as having an accident with their two year old who lopped off one of his finger tips and had to have it reattached at the hospital during all this.

Just when you thought you'd heard it all huh?

So they purchased a home in my hometown of Hillsdale that has an extended family room in the basement with walk out sliding glass doors to a patio as well as a separate kitchen and bedroom away from the rest of the growing family.

Talk about having built in baby sitters. This was great!

It was perfecto for them and their situation.

I have to admit that Lisa found them this home in her searches for a suitable home. I can't take the credit for this one.
