A site investigation will be performed to evaluate the existing conditions of the building. The investigation will include a HOME QUALITY ASSESSMENT, walk-thru, moisture assessment and visual suspect of mold, water damage and compromised materials. A report will be prepared and submitted at the end of this assessment that will include any recommendations that need to be followed as a result of the findings of the assessment.

REO will change locks to a system utilizing one master key or as required by applicable regulations.

Boarding

Automobile Removal
REO can remove abandoned vehicles from vacant properties in accordance with Client instructions.

Lawn Maintenance

Every week we can maintain the property grounds by mowing, weeding, and trimming grass, shrubbery, trees, and flower beds, and performing other lawn maintenance. All lawn maintenance is performed in accordance with Client instructions and/or applicable Investor/Insurer guidelines. When performing lawn maintenance, REO will verify the property is secured.
