Here's a quick note to let you know how I can help the first-time home buyers you feel comfortable introducing me to.
There has never been a better time for first-time buyers to use their tax credit and purchase a home. Hundreds of homes are priced below market value, and the $8,000 home buyer tax credit is 8,000 more reasons to look seriously at purchasing a first home right now.
Why do I say "right now"? Because the tax credit is available for homes purchased before December 1, 2009. It's also important to know that this tax credit is for first-time home buyers only, which the IRS defines as someone who has not owned a home for three years prior to purchase. There are additional guidelines that must be followed, but the critical thing is to act now.
If you have a family member or friend who could benefit from learning more about this tax credit program, please have them call me for a free, one-hour consultation.
P.S. Because this program is a tax credit - it does not have to be repaid. Who's the next person you know who should learn about this program?
