One type is the USDA Rural Development Guaranteed housing loan which is a Government insured 100% purchase loan.
This program is designed for a borrower to borrow up to 100% of the appraised value of the home, which eliminates the need for a down payment.
Some of the KEY guidelines for OCEAN COUNTY, NJ are as follows:
Loan limit is $244,600
Income limits: 1 to 4 person family $92,000 5 to 8 person family $121,450
Note that not all lenders qualify, please speak with your mortgage representative for additional information.
Also, not all properties qualify, your mortgage representative can log into the USDA site, input the address and determine which properties can take advantage of this program.
