New Year New Broker

Sometimes it is just time for a change and I felt this was the time for me. I have nothing but fond memories of my time wih Bill and leaving was not an easy decision, but I felt it was necessary for me. I have moved my license to Savva Realty of Cedar Grove. Jill Savva the broker and Gail the office manager are both short sale specialists and the brokerage is very involved in the REO market.

This does not mean I have changed though.Although thats not really true either, I have grown in many aspects over the past few years, especially in my walk with the Lord. So how does that affect my realtor abilities? These are difficult times for many, far too many homeowners are faced with decisions they woul rather not have to be making.

One of the things I am doing with my life is attending Bible College through distant learning, I hope to eventually go into full time ministry. My personal belief is that I do not make any decisions without praying on them first. I realize that not everyone will think that is important, but I also know there are many of you who feel he same way.
