New Jersey nicknamed the Garden State is the Middle Atlantic state of the Eastern United States. It is bordered by New York State (and, across the Hudson River. and New York Harbor), the Atlantic Ocean, Delaware, across Delaware Bay, and Pennsylvania, across the Delaware River.
