Rentals & Thinking Too Long!

I recently had 3 clients request that I find them a rental property. I was given the "must haves", and then fortunatley was able to find a few options for each client. Well the clients waited too long and before the week was out - those properties were GONE!

Finding a rental propety is not like finding your "Dream Home", there aren't many options that stay on the market for days, possibly weeks or even months! I have been informed by rental managers that since the influx of foreclosures and short sales, they have seen a rise in rental applications!

There is stiff competition as more often than not, rental property management requires that a renter's credit score be as good or better than one who is buying a home! Owners are collecting applications and waiting to see which applicant has the highest score before making their decision!

Remember, you aren't the only one looking to rent!
