The following numbers reflect the actual number of closings in Burlington County, New Jersey for the first 2 months of the calendar year:
Residential closings for 2010: 409
Residential closings 2011: 422
Residential closings 2012: 418
Percentage wise, the market has been rather flat, with no gain or loss in sales in 3 years for the first two calendar months of the year. If rates remain low, the market should respond better in March and April after DST kicks in (tomorrow).
