I am not here to throw sales pitches at you, or to coerce you into a home for the sake of a commission. That is not the practice of a Realtor. I am here to protect your interests in what is likely to be the largest financial transaction you'll perform in your life. If I am not asking you the right questions, then I am not working with your best interests at heart. It is important that I completely understand your needs and wants in order to provide you with the type of service you will need to help you attain your goal.

As I have said, I am not here to sell you on a home; however, the perfect home will speak for itself. Buying your first home is usually an emotional experience. When my wife & I purchased our first home it wasn't anything the Realtor said; the home truly spoke for itself. It was a feeling we both felt that made us realize this is the one. As your Realtor it's that experience, that feeling that I want to bring to you. That should be the motives of all Realtors, helping others experience the dream of home ownership.
