Buyer's Market or Seller's Market in the Pascack Valley?

I find it fascinating that there are so many of my fellow Realtors who are still talking about it being a "Buyer's Market"..These Realtors are spending their lives blogging, while the rest of us are out there selling homes in the Pascack Valley. It is March 24, 2007, and to date, I have 20 homes either SOLD or Under Contract for 2007. This is definitely not a slow market by any means. I have Sellers who have priced their homes realistically.
