Developemental Services of New Jersey, a member of Chimes Family Services, is a non-profit agency supporting individuals with developemental disabilities.

We have eleven group homes located throughout Monmouth and Ocean County and are now hiring for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem postions.

Internship Programs

Chimes DSNJ offers an internship program for college and post-graduate students in Applied Behavior Analysis. Under the supervision of a certified behavior analyst, BCBA, and a clinical psychologist, employees in the program will develop and implement behavior plans for adults with developmental disabilities and individuals with persuasive development disorders. Additional internship programs are also offered dependent on the availability of appropriate mentors. Interested parties should contact the Human Resource Manager.
