First Lease

Hopefully tomorrow I will have done my first lease - its funny what you learn in school and now I must ask a ton of questions for everyday activities in the office; e.g., writing up a lease, lease application and listing agreements. I am glad I am in an office that does give you a mentor - and I am sure other office staff would help if I were somewhere else but there is so much to learn in the beginning. In my first job in the corporate world, I hated to go to meetings and classes. Now I go whereever and whenever I can take something. For me, its a good time while I am new
