The Value Story - today on Blog Talk Radio at 2:00 p.m. EST

Hi Folks,

I'm chatting with Burgdorff's #1 Realtor today at 2 about Telling the Value Story.  We are hearing over and over that now is a great time to buy because of the incredible values out there.  OK.  So, if you're working with a seller, how do make your house the best possible value without just lowering the price?

And then, how do you tell the Value Story when it comes to promoting your own service/brand/business?

If you had acces to a top producing realtor, which questions would you answered?  Robert Northfield

Here's my agenda so far:-

1. Introduction (What do you want me to say about you?)

2. Overview of who's buying and why. Why it's such a great time to buy --

3. Gotta sell? - OK, you gotta tell a really good value story

  • What does that mean - a Value Story
  • What are the elements of a value story Which are the more important factors that buyers care about?
  • What cn a seller do to beef up the value - a Squidoo lens, an Amenities Book, stuff on the fridge door, lifestyle tells around the home, etc.
  • Tricks - cookies, nice smells from the double oven, spectacular bathtub full of roses? (it's not my thing, but as a realtor, do YOU think it might work?)

4. And then a step sideways - how do you tell the Value story about yourself, and your own service? You? and then me? and then real estate professionals in general. Are there any categories of people that have that story "down" ---- like Home Inspectors? Are they worth their weight in gold? Who is?

What else?  Anything you want to know.  Want to ask him yourself?  Please join us this afternoon --
