Back in 2002, I worked with a great young couple from Pennsylvania who were looking to move to NJ, to be closer to their parents, with their two-year old daughter.

There were many homes on the market back in 2002 and we saw a lot of them!

Several times Mom & Dad joined us during the journey. We all had a great time looking for homes and became friendly, of course.

They decided on an adorable 3 bedroom, 1 bath ranch that was within their budget, of which we closed on, in February of 2003.

They appreciated me so much that they referred friends to me, of which I sold them a home in 2003 also.

I make it a point to send Holiday cards and calendars every year to my clients, in the hopes that someone will remember to call when they need my expertise.

Well, I got the call yesterday....it's the call we all work very hard for!

Their daughter is now 8 years old, they had a second child who is now 5 and that one bathroom is just not cutting it.

It's time to upgrade to a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home.

So, it's time to list that 3 Bedroom starter and find them a larger home!
