Princeton Homes- Revaluation Extension Period Announced

It was announced last week that Princeton Township and Princeton Boro will have a one year extension on their property revaluation excercise. Originally, the revaluation was expected to be completed by 2009. The municipalities have elected not to approve the current bids for revaluation and allow for more time to ensure that properties receive proper attention in this matter. The new timeline for completion is expected to run through 2010.
