Palmer Square Management LLC has announced that they will be leasing four units at a discounted rate established by New Jersey Low and Moderate Income Housing Program. Typically, a one-bedroom apartment in Palmer Square can be leased for $1,700-$2,000/month, depending on the lease term and situations.

For those who qualify and receive one of these allocated apartments, the monthly rent is anticipated to be approximately $885/month. Two of the three one-bedroom apartments have been leased, the third one-bedroom apartment is being reviewed by a potential tenant. The remaining unit, a studio, is still available for rent at $834/month.
