Hey Bank of America !!! - Have I Told You Lately That I Love You !?!?!?!!!

... hold on a second, I just have to catch my breath !



OK I'm ready ... the following story is true. The names have not been changed, and my excitement is genuine !



I have closed about 20 Short Sale transactions in the last couple of years. Some better than others, but every single one had their own challenges. None less than the ones that had mortgages with Bank of America.

Those deals were painful - emotionally, and judging by my stomach's reaction for many of the months, physically painful too.



Until Now !!!



It's 10:30pm on the East Coast, and I got notification a little while ago tonight, that one of my current Short Sale deals just got approved !!!

And it's with Bank of America !!

And as if that isnt fabulous enough ... get this ...

Yes folks you read that correctly!

A Bank of America Short Sale Approval in only 3 weeks !

If this is a sign of things to come from Bank of America, I will sing their praises from the highest mountain, and it will aid the Real Estate Recovery here in Bergen County NJ immensely by quickly moving a lot of the inventory, and helping us return to a more normal climate !!!
